Word Analysis Tools
LinguaLinks includes the following tools to do word analysis.
The Interlinear Text editor helps you create text segments comprised of wordform-in context objects. When you complete the analysis process for a particular wordform-in-context, it displays the corresponding word and morpheme analyses in aligned interlinear format.

The Wordform Inventory editor
- displays a list of the wordforms and the number of their occurrences in a user-defined text corpus
- displays a concordance of all occurrences of any wordform selected in the wordform list, and
- assigns each occurrence of a wordform to its appropriate analysis.

The Analysis editor lets you categorize and gloss a word and its component morphemes for display in the interlinear text and lexical database.
Morphemes analyzed in the Analysis editor are automatically inserted as entries in the lexical database. If you analyze a morpheme that is already in the lexicon, the Lexical Database editor automatically provides sense information to the Analysis editor for your evaluation.

The Morphology Explorer helps you discover morphemes in your data on the basis of similarity in form or meaning and review other data correlations in the wordform list, your texts, and the lexical database.
